A Change of Plans, A Beautiful Ceremony
A Kona storm brought unexpected weather to Maui, requiring us to move Kimberly & Kevin’s ceremony indoors. Although the original vision may have looked a little different, our priority was making sure their special day was beautiful, seamless, and filled with love.
Our team quickly transformed the ballroom at Hotel Wailea into an intimate and elegant ceremony space. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to create a romantic atmosphere for Kimberly & Kevin to exchange their vows.
Even with the storm outside, the excitement and emotion of the day were just as beautiful as ever.
Cocktail Hour at The Birdcage
Following the ceremony, guests made their way upstairs to The Birdcage, Hotel Wailea’s stylish bar, to enjoy cocktail hour while our team worked behind the scenes.
This gave everyone time to relax, mingle, and celebrate while we reset the ballroom for the reception. With careful coordination and teamwork, we transformed the space from a ceremony setting into a welcoming reception area, ready for the next chapter of the celebration.

Despite the Kona storm outside, Kimberly & Kevin’s wedding day was filled with beauty, love, and unforgettable memories. The indoor ceremony created an intimate setting for their vows, cocktail hour gave guests a chance to connect, and the ballroom was ready to welcome everyone for the reception.
