Jungle love

A 2nd day shoot or “trash the dress” session is something I highly recommend to couples!  It gives the couple a chance to relax and create romantic memories to last a life time.

The wedding day goes  by in a blur between getting ready, the ceremony, family & group photos, then bridal portraits!  Most couples don’t want to be away from their guests & party for to long, so by doing a 2nd day shoot, they don’t  have to!

Couples can also be a lot more adventurous in their photos and not worry about getting a little ( or a lot!) wet and dirty for their reception photos!

Rustic Romance at the Sugarman Estate

Michelle & Jordan were married at the beautiful, ocean front sugarman estate in Makena Maui in an intimate ceremony performed by their Church pastor and attended by their closest family & friends from Canada.

The couple chose to have a natural Keawe wood arch built to adorn the beautiful natural landscape of Makena. The reception was accented with simple blue vases & coral & white arrangements from Maui Bloom. Sparkly twinkle lights draped the reception area providing a romantic glow.

The guests enjoyed the Hawaiian guitarist & hula dancer provided by Manuteanuie entertainment and appetizers from Café O’ Lei during the cocktail hour.  Michelle & Jordan had a fun crowd and put a couple of friends in charge of a few party games before dinner begin.

Kaua wedding photography did an amazing job of capturing the moment and creating beautiful memories to last a life time.

A Touching Kapalua Bay Wedding!

10 Years ago, I planned Jennie’s sister’s wedding, so I was very excited when Jennie reached out to me to plan her wedding!

Paul & Jennie had a simple, beautiful Kapalua Bay beach wedding with their two beautiful boys and closest family & friends!  Jennie’s brother in law, got ordained for the occasion, and did a wonderful job officiating for the couple!
