Why you need a Day of Wedding Coordinator!

A “Day of coordinator”   is for Bride’s & Groom’s who want to do most of the planning, but need a professional to execute all of their hard work!  The biggest benefit is having the peace of mind that all the details will come together as you envisioned and you’re  able to just enjoy the moment!

Most couples have well meaning friends and family that try to take on the task, but the “volunteers” are not going to be able to enjoy themselves and most have little experience in event planning.

Here is an detailed outline of what our coordination package includes!

• All Emails & phones calls during the planning process
• Assist in creating Wedding itinerary
• Make contact with all vendors prior to the event to reconfirm. I will  provide my cell number  to all vendors for direct communication on the Wedding day, so you are left to just enjoy your day!
• Receive packages you would like to send out prior to your wedding day
• Site Visitation/rehearsal prior to the event to fine tune all details
• On site from set up to break down with our “Super Hero” kit!
• Set up décor, favors, name card, and other personal items.
• Greet Vendors and instruct them as to where to set up, etc.
• Greet Guests & offer direction throughout event
• Direct the wedding party processional,
• Ensure proper flow of events per itinerary such as cocktail hour, entertainment, cake cutting, toasts, first dance.
• Pack up gifts/cards and other miscellaneous ceremony & reception items and have them ready to be taken to a family members car at the end of the night
