Ania and Ben\u2019s beautiful Olowalu Plantation House wedding looked like it was straight out of a magazine!\u00a0 The couples stunning good looks and impeccable style paired with Melia Sorenson\u2019s incredible talent of capturing the day has made this wedding album one of our favorites!\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ania an event\nplanner wanted to research and hire her vendors directly, but knew the\nimportance of having an onsite coordinator to ensure that everything came\ntogether and the flow of their special day would be flawless.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We take the extra steps at A Perfect Paradise Wedding and provide so much more than \u201ca day of coordinator\u201d.\u00a0 Months prior to the event, we are double checking vendor contracts to reconfirm times and important details.\u00a0 We follow up again days prior to the event, It\u2019s amazing how many small crises this diffuses!\u00a0 \u00a0We meet with all of our clients on site and provide a rehearsal & final site set up meeting.\u00a0 We ask that all items such as name cards, seating assignments, favors, guest books, etc be given to us at that time.\u00a0 That gives our staff time to go through the items and see if we have any questions.\u00a0 The last thing you want on your wedding day is to be bothered with last minute details or concerns!\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We loved working\nwith Ania & Ben and the wonderful group of vendors that the couple put\ntogether!  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The flowers by Bella Bloom were gorgeous from the bouquets to the centerpieces!\u00a0 The full arrangement for the arch and bar garland were absolutely stunning! \u00a0\u00a0The couple selected rustic farm tables and the bamboo folding chairs, accented with sheer table runners, cobalt blue water goblets and tons of rose \u00a0gold votives creating an elegant & romantic set up that fit perfectly with the natural charm of the Olowalu Plantation House.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Three\u2019s Catering\ngave a 5 star catering experience with both their food & staff, the taco\nbar was my personal favorite!  Aloha\nBars, Maui Wedding Cakes and Chris from Clarity entertainment provided\nexceptional service as always, helping to complete the wedding dream team!  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Miss B Calligraphy created some of my favorite personalized touches for Ania & Ben\u2019s special day!\u00a0 A framed glass seating chart with the guest\u2019s names stood beside the bar with the ocean view as the back drop and a personalized welcome sign by the guest book table.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We were honored and thrilled to be selected by Ania & Ben as their day of coordinators!\u00a0 The day was absolutely magical from start to finish!\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n
